How will my order be delivered?

In most cases your delivery will be carried out by our in-house delivery team. We will however select the most appropriate delivery method and carrier when you place order.

Our prices for delivery reflect the size of product, the value of your order and the level of service you require. All items offered for sale include our Free to door delivery service.

We want to offer our customers the best value for money prices we possibly can and give you the choice of collection, delivery only, delivery and assembly and disposal options.

Where possible we use our own expert delivery team, however in some instances due to logistics we may employ the use of a 3rd party courier service.

Delivery Methods:


You will be able to collect goods for free from store.

We will keep you informed every step of the way, and contact you when the item arrives, or if it is here as an in-stock item.

You simply collect from our premises, and take home yourselves

Note: Please ensure you have a copy of your order when collecting goods.


In some cases small items like bedding and pillows will be delivered by one of our parcel carriers to your front door. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number. This will be for smaller items, where it is possible for one person to deliver to Your Home.


Larger items will be delivered door to door by our own delivery service.

Some larger and heavier items will be delivered by our Two Person delivery team to the entrance door of your dwelling and delivered over the threshold into Your Home. This service is simply a drop off into Your Home, and you will be required to assemble your purchase and remove all packaging yourselves.

This service is offered FREE for all orders to the value of £100 and above, anywhere within our quoted delivery area.


Online orders

Please be aware that our free to door delivery service is just that. There are however additional services such as room of choice, assembly and disposal services on a number of items on line. But should you require these and it does not display on the product page give us a call we may be able to help.

Important - To guarantee a smooth delivery:

Please ensure that your home is prepared and accessible.

Please remove potential obstacles and any fragile or valuable objects from the delivery path.

Please ensure that when placing your order you have made us aware of any access issues such as narrow entrance, above ground floor entrance, lifts or stair access.

Please ensure that you measured the space intended for the product. There will be a further charge for redelivery for items refused due to access/size issues. But for more info please check our terms and conditions.
